- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Don't expect them to document your doctor's information. They will make THEIR job YOUR job by asking you to recite your doctor's information anytime you need a new prescribed medicine or if it's a refill. And no, don't expect to get paid for doing their job. Also, don't expect them to get anything right on the first try. Always expect that something will always go terribly wrong with even the most simple of tasks. Simpletons have no problems getting the simple stuff right but this is a whole new level of sheer stupidity.
