- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called as a new patient for my son and they were fine about setting the appointment until she told me they require to have a credit card on file and then transferred me to the billing department. I asked questions such as "Do you check with people before charging their card?" And she said sometimes they don't. I asked, "What if people can't pay their rent because you just went and charged their card for a fee they didn't know they would have." She just sort of laughed and said "No, we don't do that." But that just contradicted what she had said. So I hesitantly made the appointment and then went looking online at the reviews. Several people on the other reviews said their card had been charged for things they had no idea they were going to be charged for and that this office is extremely dishonest. Why are they the ONLY Pediatric office I've EVER HEARD OF that has this policy? Leaves people open to be taken advantage of and looks really bad for this office. Once I saw these reviews, I called and cancelled my son's appointment. I'm disappointed because I hear the docs here are really good.November 09, 2017by Insurance Claims
