  Completely and truly disappointed. I which I had read Melissa Ami W. (1/24/16) review before going to Dr. Elena Michaels... I too felt taken advantage and received the same diagnose :(. This is how it all started. On my first visit to her office she orders lab work ($320 worth) let's not forget the office visit $160 and if you go over she's quick to charge ($40) for every 15 minutes. Second office visit, she reviews the lab(blood) work and she quickly diagnosed me with Hashimotos Disease and sold me on almost $300 worth of gut cleansing. I wasn't feeling well at the second visit so I agreed to the cleanse. The cleanse made me feel even sicker for about a week. When I finally got the strength to see a specialist for a second opinion, the "Endocrinologists" Dr. Ahn assured me with 100% certainty that I DO NOT HAVE HASHIMOTOS DISEASE. .Must be her way to make a quick buck using this scare tactics. After I discovered the Yelp review and confronted Dr.Elena Michaels her response was "This person had other medical issues and I tried to reach out to Yelp to reply to the review but Yelp would not allow me unless I paid them money, it's just a scam that me and my colleagues have experience with Yelp!" By the way I still have Dr. Elena's message on my cell phone if she wants to change her story again... Please save your money and do not see Dr. Elena Michaels and find someone that is truly interested in your well being and not just for monetary gains.
