- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Most Horrible Insurance. Extremely bad way to handle the claims. Never get this insurance. There claim is horrible in handling the claim. Extremely rude... tried calling their claim can never reach their claim department. they have extremely stupid reimbursement base system. this company should not be given license from State of California. I submitted a claim for rental car reimbursement. first they told me they will pay for base pay and taxes. but when they processed the check they only paid for base pay and left out the state tax for me to pay.
