- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm only giving two stars because there's ONE MA on the top floor whose the most amazing person on the planet. If I could I'd give -1 because they really need to get their acts together. The doctors and the prescription desk are not on the same wavelink. They don't have the same information, one dept will say something takes 2 weeks then the other contradicts everything the before just said. They have a few, A FEW wonderful MA's but the rest are terribly awful. I went to the eye doctor and couldn't get dialated because I don't drive and they refused to walk me down safely to an Uber. I waited for an hour then had to leave without being seen because they refused to walk me down. They said they don't offer that service for people with my insurance. It's clean and beautiful and I'm lucky to be able to go to a beautiful clinic BUT the aesthetics don't make up for poor bedside manner, rude MA's, and Dr's who are too afraid to give you what you need.May 05, 2017by Jess Gonzalez
