Just because a company is not interested doesn't give you the right to go around bashing local businesses. We are friendly, personal, and very experienced in our profession. We take care of our clients with the utmost respect and treat our customers' insurance as if it were our own.FYI, John, we don't give out personal information about the business, its employees, and officers over the phone to anyone, not just you personally. If you weren't calling to solicite something and weren't calling for a quote...what was the reason for your call. When the person who answered the phone asked what your call was regarding you should have been more specific. I told you that if the owner were interested she would call you back, she still is not interested. This forum is for CUSTOMERS to post their reviews and their experience with Insure Smart.
