  As other reviews mention there are some issues here for such a premium establishment. We've been members for 2 years now and generally the therapists you can find and like are great. However things are inconsistent. Noise penetration has been an issue, from next door and from conflicting hallway music playing a different song too loud, so you have two off key pieces to listen to. But that has been much better lately. When we have had issues, like a freezing room one week compared to a warm one with the fireplace and bed warmers on the week before, they have kindly offered little upgrades next time. But our review has been affected today because my wife's therapist forgot her right leg (did the left) and my wife needed it done after a workout. When she mentioned this to the lady behind the counter we were told "Because you have had problems in the past and been comped for them, we aren't able to do anything any more". Translation: We keep making mistakes but because you keep communicating these to us, we have notated that you are problem customers. "No soup for you!" A shame, for such a high end place that must make very good money hiring average therapists such as one that forgets half your body. But we'll keep going and keep weeding out the great ones and warm rooms. 2 stars.
