  I recently changed dental ins. plans after 40+ years. So I called Dr. Go's office to make an appointment. After speaking with the girl & giving her my insurance info, There were a couple of calls back & forth, I asked her to call me back on my coverage,if there was any out of pocket payment from my insurance, she never calls me back, to tell me the they are a Delta Dental Premier dentist and not a Delta Dental PPO dentist. I have 100% coverage on cleanings & xrays, Why would anyone pay for this when you don't have to? When I went to the appointment 6 weeks later, they don't have any off my insurance info I have gave on the phone when the appt was made. They seemed a little anoyed about having to call and get this info, even though I gave all that info 6 weeks earlier. Had they told me they were NOT a delta dental PPO dentist I would have NOT gone there, there are lots of other good dentists to choose from. So I feel by ommision I was deceived & misled. But if all they want is $$$$, then they don"t care how they get it."

  This office is amazing! Dr.go, Dr.monti, and Dr.Lawrence are the best. They are very thorough with explaining treatment that I needed. And their front office is always very helpful with any questions I have and with helping me find an appointment . What can I say about this office and the staff .....is that they are all great and incredibly nice! I highly recommend going to this office !
