- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I didn't like one of the employees who work in the office. Her name is Gina. She is in-charge of billing. She was rude and condescending. My insurance and I were on the phone trying to fix the bill we received and she was not helpful at all. The mistake started from them but she never once apologized.
